Looking for a Lead Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting, building and scaling Latitude’s recruiting strategy, processes, and infrastructure. The focus will be on hiring exceptional engineers, you’ll also support recruiting across all functions as we grow. As our first full time recruiting hire, you’ll wear all the hats: sourcing, ATS management, scheduling, closing, operations, etc.
